COTTAGE POOL TERRACE
This space combines the rustic Horsham dry stone walls with clever lighting and delicate planting. The client was looking to make the most of a dead space which originally was overgrown with rhododendrons. The brief was to maximise the potential of the space creating a number of terraces for entertaining and dining. There also had to be access to the workshop on the right and the summerhouse on the left.Â
The collaboration of the Raj Green sandstone slabs, the red brickwork and the drystone walls reflect the existing cottages construction and compliment each other. Lighting was a key factor in the clients brief as evening and night use of the space was very important.
